Item Availability
The merchandise available in the Orealo store is subject to change. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed. 

Checkout
Upon checking out, you will be prompted to sign into or create your PayPal account. You will be able to make changes to your cart until the order is confirmed. Shopping at Orealo is safe. Personal information provided on through PayPal is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. Payments
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorisation is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped. 

Wrong Address & Unreceived Items
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the shipping carrier, you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

General Returns Policy
You may return NEW, UNOPENED items sold and fulfilled by Orealo within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, otherwise a restocking fee of at least 10% will be applied. Items past the 30 day return period are only eligible for warranty service. You are responsible for any and all return shipping costs and the original shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days after receipt of the item at Orealo offices. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by us prior to the return; you will need to contact us prior to proceeding with a return. You will be provided with return instructions along with a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Any packages without RMA number written on the box may be refused and returned to you. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
